Reclaiming your Health with Ayurveda: Workshop & Sound Bath

Taught by Yesenia Bello, learn about the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Ayurveda teaches that each of us carries a unique proportion of natural elements within our biology. While we all carry every element within us, our distinct elemental makeup dictates how we digest food, experience weight and hormonal shifts, process stress and emotions, age, and navigate life as a whole.

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old traditional Indian system of medicine known as the "science of life" (Ayur = life, Veda = knowledge/science). It promotes health by balancing mind, body, and spirit through diet, herbal treatments, and lifestyle changes, treating the whole person rather than just the disease.

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll discover your unique elemental constitution known as the doshas and what does it mean for you if your dominant dosha is Vata, Pitta or Kapha.

Vata (Space + Air): The energy of movement—governing breath, circulation, and the nervous system.
Pitta (Fire + Water): The energy of transformation—governing digestion, metabolism, temperature, and focus.
Kapha (Water + Earth): The energy of structure—governing physical stability, joint lubrication, immunity, and growth.

You'll also learn to read your body's subtle signals before small discomfort turn into bigger health issues, leaving with practical, everyday tools to restore your natural balance.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • The Basics of Ayurveda: How this ancient system uses nature's elements to support your daily health.
