Heart Centered Yoga

Heart Centered Yoga weaves together bio-mechanically precise, clear alignment with heart-centered, nondual yoga philosophy. It’s a practice of experiencing the relationship between our individuality and the cosmic flow as it moves through us. The class bring our attention to specific actions to hone awareness and open subtle channels of energy. We then actively move the energy through our body to cultivate steadiness, strength, and freedom. This class is wonderfully suited for students just starting their practice as well as those who are seasoned practitioners wanting to go deeper in their understanding of bio-mechanics and yoga's essence.

Yoga Flow

From Liz: “All of my classes incorporate strengthening exercises, fluid movement, postures for lengthening and freeing up space, and mindfulness, but my primary intention is to offer opportunities to connect with yourself through kindness and curiosity. My hope is that class moves at a pace that allows you to be attentive and take your time while also enjoying the rhythm of the breath and body. I use language rooted in choice and encourage you to pick and choose what's enjoyable, interesting, or useful along the way.”

Rest & Renew

This is a light-hearted, beginner-friendly class. The pace is slow enough that you can feel what's happening in your body and notice the small things, like where the breath lands and how the body responds. We start close to the floor, with some more active work in the middle, before winding back down into a well-supported shavasana (deep resting posture). Props are woven throughout as part of how we pay attention and show ourselves kindness.

Yogic Unwinding

Join Sathyadev for a class that will truly help you unwind! Through a slow-flow style asana sequence we will be invited to let go of all that is keep us in a state of anxiety, exhaustion, and fear. Following the spirit of the ancient art of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), Sathyadev brings you from dynamic movement to breath-supported stillness in this 75mins of nourishing practice. The perfect support for the week ahead. All levels and ALL bodies/ability levels welcome!

Prenatal Yoga

Our prenatal classes are opportunities to tune into your body and honor the extraordinary alongside the ordinary realities of pregnancy. At the start of class, if you choose, participants can share and connect with other pregnant people about where they are and what they are experiencing in their pregnancy. This is followed by care-filled stretching, strengthening, and mobility practices, alongside breath and meditation exercises. And of course some time for a nourishing rest.

We hope these classes provide a space to care for and connect to your changing body, and that these practices continue to provide support to you in your changing life. All of our classes are trans-inclusive and adaptable to any phase of pregnancy.

Noontime Yoga

No experience is necessary and all are welcome in this all-levels practice. Enjoy time in the middle of your day to move mindfully, breathe, and renew your body and mind. This is an opportunity to recharge as well as rest.

Roots & Flow Yoga

Roots and Flow is a rhythm-infused, alignment-based yoga practice that invites you to come home to yourself through movement, breath, and sound. Each class is anchored by a heartfelt theme and supported by a carefully curated playlist—often featuring the soulful voice of Bob Marley—that reflects the emotional tone of the journey.

Music in this class isn’t just background; it’s a bridge. The lyrics and melodies are chosen to echo the spirit of the theme, deepen embodiment, and awaken feeling. Whether it’s grounding into your roots, expanding into your breath, or softening into stillness, the music supports you in discovering your own rhythm and voice.

From Trish: “This offering is rooted in my own story—growing up in Jamaica, shaped by the richness of my heritage and the spaciousness of my spiritual path. It’s a space where my voice meets yours, where we move with intention, and where we flow not just through poses, but through possibility.”

Family Yoga

Sharing yoga with our family members is a very sweet gift. Bringing awareness of breath, mindfulness, and joyful movement to our young ones as well as our other family members allows us to share the benefits with them. All ages are welcome. You can bring more than one child and your adult family members as well. One adult can sign up for the whole family. You can also drop us an email to share how many will be in your group. We are looking forward to seeing you! Class offered the first Sunday of the month (except April 2026- it’s on the 2nd Sunday to accommodate for Easter.)
